While I have successfully arranged a few couples into wedlock, I am known as The Property Matchmaker. My true calling and personal satisfaction comes from connecting people with places. Whether it be connecting people to their perfect home, or helping sellers transition from their property for the most money possible, as The Property Matchmaker, it is important for me to get to know you. As your exclusive real estate personal shopper, the first step is to do a in-depth Property Matchmaking consultation. If you are local, is is paramount that we meet in person so I could learn about you, your wish list and your desires. Other arrangements are made for out of town buyers. Whether you are moving up, downsizing, relocating, or you are just plain ready for a fresh start, I am ready to help. If selling and moving from one property to another, we can create a smooth transition process for the sale of your existing property to the simultaneous purchase and closing of your new home.
PLANNING TO SELL?
Selling a property can be a big decision as there are many reasons why people decide to move. My job for sellers is to help them attract a pool of qualified buyers in order to negotiate the best price possible for the property. From there, I help hold the deal together during escrow while buyers are doing appraisals, inspections, and are in the mortgage underwriting process. All agents are not created equal. I pride myself in helping sellers reap the most reward possible... that's the most bang for your buck (or buck for your bang). This takes a high level of integrity, skillful negotiating, marketing creativity and not to mention, personal finesse. Are you still wearing the same clothes you wore in the 1950's, '60s or '70's? Your property shouldn't either. Don't by shy, I can help you. If you are considering putting your property for sale, it is wise to consider a Property Makeover. While most will not remodel their house before putting it for sale, there usually are changes one can make on a minimal level to help a seller get more $$$ for their house. A Property Makeover consultation is provided at no charge for all sellers once in contractual agreement.
